Motorola Xts5000

I just got a Motorola xts5000 and I was wondering what would be the best way to program Johnson county Ks and Wyandotte county Ks .

You would be better off buying a scanner if all your wanting to do is monitor those systems.

Or if your part of a served agency of those systems, have their radio shop program it for you if you are eligible.
