First the duplexer is tuned not programmed. Second, if tuned properly, you can pass multiple frequencies. Years ago, I tuned a couple sets of Vhf mobile duplexers to pass 13 unique pairs for 2 portable 'go' repeaters, granted they were spread over less than 1MHz. All repeater Transmit frequencies were at 153MHz and 5.26MHz higher for the repeater receive. Yes it is possible to use multiple channels on a repeater, BUT all channels MUST be the same offset, and pretty close together.
