Moving back to calif (help)

can someone help me ? i have a pro97,433,163 i well be living in the northern san diego county around vista area need help with setup for police,fire and state fire like what sites well be used for this area . THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP

You will need a digital scanner if you want to listen to any police in Vista. The Sheriffs office and ALL law enforcement except San Diego PD and CHP (minus El Cajon) is digital.
Rebanding hasn't happened here yet, so those ANALOG scanners will work fine for fire for now.
You'll want to program the RCS north simulcast site to listen to Northcom fire for northern SD county.

The 163 will still work on analog systems once rebanding happens. the 97 and 433 will not.
