I have been trying to update my scanner through the MPSCS database for several hours now and all I get is a blank page when it loads . Has anybody
else had this problem ? I thought it might be my server .

You're in Canada...you're too far away, and need a better antenna! :p

I just checked it, seems to be ok, try again.

Other people have had this trouble if they were using Norton Antivirus.

For some reason, for awhile, my Trend Micro PC-Cillin was warning me that RR's site was trying to acquire my charge card numbers when I would refresh the screen.

Scannermaster? :p

Anyway, I think it's one of those false positives...nothing to worry about, but it's probably tripping Norton to block it.

In Norton Personal Firewall, select Configuration/Programs/Add then navigate to Win96 Scanner Utility and Permit All.

FMON thanks for the file. Unfornately after I unzip it ARC250 says it is not a compatible file. I tried just opening it and also importing it. Any suggestions?

FMON I finally got it to work. Not sure why it wouldn't but the important thing is it works.

Thanks for all your help.
