BCD436HP/BCD536HP: MRN-GPSK

I am trying to connect Uniden's MRN-GPSK gps to my 436hp, with a db9 serial cable and the BWZG1844001 cable. The wire color code diagram off the MRN-GPSK gps lists:

Red-External Speaker (A)
Black -External Speaker (B)
Orange - Blank
Bare- Ground/Shield
Yellow- NMEA In (A)
Green- NMEA In (B)
White- NMEA Out (A)
Brown NMEA Out (B)

Which color should be wired to the serial cable, I am assuming on the Db9 it will be pin 5 for ground and pin 2 and 3,maybe pin 8 (correct me if I am wrong) but which wire from the GPS go to which pin on the serial cable? I have search the RR forum and cannot find this answer. I have completed the USB power supply to the GPS. Thank you in advance.

On the DB-9, pin 5 is ground, and pin 2 is the GPS data in, which should be connected to one of the NMEA Out wires (either white or brown, whichever is RS232 data). If the GPS is powered separately, that's all you need.
