Step by step, what have YOU done to resolve the problem?
Link not working? Have you emailed the DSDPlus email and explained it?
File downloaded but can't get it to unzip, unzipped with the correct program?

OK? So why did you wait 2 months until taking action / asking for help? Did something once work & now it doesn't? Specific info goes a long way here on the forums, very few of us have crystal balls. Welcome aboard!
The link you received in Nov 2023 was for the current version at that time, there have been at least two updates since then, that would make the link for the version current at that time obsolete. You most likely need to email and explain why you didn't download at that time.
If you did download and install, updates are no longer provided via link, but rather through the DSD+ program, make sure you keep the password sent in the original email as all future updates will be password protected using that password.
