The antenna that is the second one back that looks like it is in the 30+ inch range and has a phazing coil. What make and model is it? PCTel, Laird?

It's a generic "pumpkin" chinese head unit. Anything with modern android is fine.What head unit are you using?

It does not, I'm using a genuine ftdi USB to serial adapter.Does your computer have a 9 pin serial port to connect your Bearcat BC 780XLT? If not, how did you connect the Bearcat BC 780XLT?
