Went to my uniden.com and all except last scanner purchased are gone, I had 8 scanners listed, called uniden support and they were no help, any one else have this happen to them.
This may well be the issue. If you have more than one account, then you may be looking at a 'new' one, instead of your original.did you log in with a second email account, that might have nothing on it?
I've inadvertantly done that to myself, as I frequently exploit this gmail policy, and throw dots in account emails on registrations to avoid "one login per email"This may well be the issue. If you have more than one account, then you may be looking at a 'new' one, instead of your original.
Same exact thing has happened to me. I had a total of 5 Uniden scanners registered going back to 2008 and now only my last registered scanner (a BC125AT from 2020) is listed. I can confirm that all 5 scanners were listed the last time that I checked in at my.uniden.com (which was some time ago) and there is no way I deleted any of my 4 missing scanner registrations. Also, I have used the same username/email on the registration website for the past 15 years.Went to my uniden.com and all except last scanner purchased are gone, I had 8 scanners listed, called uniden support and they were no help, any one else have this happen to them.
Just as an update, I re-registered all of my missing scanners and they are remaining in my list. Luckily I keep all of my scanner serial numbers/electronic serial numbers/check sums and purchase information details in a Word document so that made it easy to enter all of the required information....I guess the only resolution at this point will be to re-register the missing scanners and see if they stay in the list.
I have quite a few scanners I don't own on my account. I had to register the scanners to do major firmware updates for a lot of firefighters. Maybe, you did the same thing for someone else.Mine too, except its showing a 396XT that I don't own.
