As Tom indicates
ULS License - Paging and Radiotelephone License - KNKK601 - Critical Alert Systems, LLC

152.6000 is a Part 22, former, might still be used here (New England) Paging Channel
If still paging, the various CTCSS are from your radio falsing based on the audio passing.

Some of those Part 22 channels have been auctioned off for use by Part 90 (Business and Public Safety users), others continue to be used for Paging.

I've been playing with the signal stalker function of my pro 106, and it keeps stopping on a freq of 152.6000 on what may appear to be a dmr type noise, as my radio can't decode it. I saw a pl tone of 199.5 and 254.1. Anyone know what it is?

I think 152.6 is used by hospitals, as a hospital in Concord may have a transmitter at their location.. My BC346 went full quieting the last time i went there and I was on 152.6...

Many Hospitals (Years gone by) got Discounts on the Pagers (Bulk) as well as hosted the Transmitters at the location to enhance coverage

Generally only 163.2500 was Hospital Owned Paging systems (Non VA)
