I'm picking up some unknown frequencies here in cass county.
They are the follwing. 793.459375, 793.462500, 793.465625
Anyone know? They sound like control channels. No sites/ tower info come up at all.
Not sure if this is the correct forum to put this in.

From Indiana, maybe -- I haven't heard a whisper about MPSCS using any 700 Mhz frequencies yet.
Illinois' STARCOM21 system makes use of 700 Mhz in and around the Chicago area; and propagation has been, shall we say, interesting over the last couple of days. It's that time of year....

Likely an image from your local 800 Mhz TRS
Common Public Safety - The RadioReference Wiki

These are very likely to be image frequencies. The 793/794MHz range are the input frequencies for the 700MHz band.

Repeater outputs should be in the 763/764MHz range.

GRE Radio ??

Just as an FYI - Repeater outputs can be in the 771-776 range as well.
And yes, I see images on my PSR-500 quite frequently.
