Hey all.

I am in Cordova, TN. I was tooling around the freqs. today and ran across a strong signal on 454.250.

It is an LTR Standard system. When the CWID happens, it reports LCNs of 5, 10, 12, 13, 18.

This doesn't appear to match any known LTR system in this area, nor does 454.250 yield any information from the FCC database.

There is a lot of COMMs here. They constantly talk about "looking out for callers", and they say things like "parked curbside at Northwest", and "approaching upper level, northbound", etc. Also stuff like "24 Westbound with one."

This sounds like some airport shuttle activity, but I'm not 100% sure. I was hoping some people in the mid-south could give that frequency a listen.

Also, if anyone has any idea how to find the other LCNs, let me know! I'm pretty good at mapping LTR systems, but I don't have any info for this freq. from the FCC database to get me started! :)

Hello,

454.250 is a paging frequency. The FCC auctioned it off in Auction 40. ComServ Services of Memphis won the auction for that Frequency in the Memphis area.

The bands of Paired 454 MHz frequencies they won at auction are:
454.0125 - 454.1875, 454.2125, 454.2875 - 454.3125, 454.3375 - 454.4625, 454.5375 - 454.6375

A quick search of ComServ Services in the FCC database also shows a number of UHF Trunked licenses in the Memphis, TN area.

Thanks.

Yeah, since writing that, I found those licenses.. they don't come-up in search via RR.com, nor do those callsigns.

I've just about got the LTR system mapped out. :)

Ignore all this. It's been sorted.

I submitted the info and the new system is ComServ Services. It's in the Shelby County area of the database.

It's an LTR Standard system. Looks like one of their customers is some Airport Shuttle service.
