Mystery Portland transmitter

I was sitting at a friend's house to play around with ProScan on my Uniden BCD436HP. I found results that I can't explain. I have ran a few searches on the frequencies here on radioreference & FCC to find no results in either. I have attached a screen grab of my Proscan history logging.

Any hints of where to look would be appreciated.

Seems like repeater inputs to me. Might want to try the corrisponding outputs. Someone help me out, would that be +50Mhz?

Those are inputs to 800 MHz repeaters. The split is 45 MHz, so 815.8625 is the input to the 860.8625 repeater. The first two come back to BOEC.
