Saw the DB was changed to reflect Nassau Co P25 going to phase 2. Is this confirmed? Went thru there on Jan 1 and it was phase 1.

Up here, as I heard 3rd hand, lost the MR status, and now EMCI in sebring has all of north Florida from highlands northward.
( east side of north Florida ). EMCI IS NOW THE big dog MR for central and north Florida.

So what's "Man. Rep." spelled out fully? I don't know what all this means. And what's all the other abbreviations? MSS, S&L, PCR, etc....

I noticed it yesterday and I see TG 2100 is listed "T" wonder if the LEO/PD is opening up disp in the clear?

MSS is Motorola Service Station, which is the local company that typically does State, local government as well as federal customers. They are the typical boots on the ground for labor on these specific customers.
PCR is Professional Commercial Radio which is basically the non-public safety radios and radio systems. Think MOTOTRBO and large conventional analog systems.
MR is Manufacturers Representative which is the shop that Motorola assigns large customers who only want to deal/pay Motorola directly. Basically, customer deals with corporate Motorola and corporate Moto says "this is our local representative, deal with them". I am sure there is a better explanation of this.
S&L is new to me. Maybe Service and Logistics or Sales and Leasing? Don't know.
Also, Moto has their own Service Organization commonly referred to as FSO for Field Service Organization. They are also buying up shops across the country as well. Moto (and the rest of the industry) are in a state of flux, so much of this may be dated or inaccurate...... TT

All systems in this area are running phase 1 . Nassau did upgrade but that was just keeping them current and also might have something to do with the ISSI which connects the systems . All these systems say they are phase two on unitrunker,but i think that is because they are phase 2 systems dumbed down to just run phase 1. FCRS upgraded to 7.17 and will update every 2 years. Looks like all systems in the RDSTF will be connected to the FCRS through ISSI. I read Lake City will be connected too when they are finish with their P25 system. Also notice how all the radio id's have changed to the 3000000 and the area is in the RSDTF-3 area so they are organizing for use of the ISSI system. That 2100 hundred might be a ISSI link to FHP. listen to it and see if it is because it has a different tg # here in Jax, I hear Nassau and FHP giving wreck info on a tg on FCRS.
Did Hasty's get sold because they where they main service provider in N.E Florida and S.E. Georgia.

Spent some time in Nassau Co. yesterday, only heard transmissions on NCFR TGs A1 & A2, they were phase 1.

Every system in the region is phase 1. They bid them out that way because there wasn't a need for phase 2 in the area. Doesn't mean they can't change their minds ,but everybody has chosen Phase 1. FCRS,Clay,St.Johns,Jax Beach,Columbia County,and even Nassau are phase 1. The main poster even said he thought they switched because they upgraded their software he didn't say he heard them running in phase 2.Plus these systems are running C4FM simulcast. I'm not positive but I don't think C4FM can run on phase 2 systems.

Just because the subscribers on a system are FDMA doesn’t mean that the system isn’t broadcasting as Phase II. If someone is running Unitrunker it’s pretty easy to see. Post up the screen shots.
