Natchitoches Area VHF TRS??

Hello all. I was passing through the Natchitoches area on I-49 the other day and could hear a pretty strong C.C. on VHF (somewhere around 160.00 or so) around the Cypress and Derry area. I did not have time to investigate further and thought I'd check it out someday when I could get back in the area. Is it possible that the forest service has a TRS on VHF high in this area?? It is close to Kisatchie NF. Does any one know anything about this?? I'll try to get back up there and check it out. Thanks
