Nat'l Gallery of Art--VHF Freq

While in the National Gallery of Art this weekend, I got a Close Call hit of 173.1125 [210.7]. The maintenance people had VHF portables, so I think it's them. This may be the input frequency, however. Does anyone know the repeater output?

By the way, security is on 411.5500 [210.7].
