That is interesting. I would think you heard it via the patch to 33.8200 meaning that Navarre has yet to get pagers for the new frequency. Seems that they would have had plenty of time considering how long it took to get the new repeater set up. I can't imagine that they would be using 453.7750 for tone outs directly when they have their own licensed frequency. Were they on the big fire with North Lawrence or was it a seperate call?

How can I tell if it's patched when I listen to it? I do notice that the audio is different compared to when Brewster talks. I don't recall it was for North Lawrence's call, I believe it was a medical.

I was talking with Chief Putt of Beth Twp. in the ER today. He said that they, Beth Twp., are currently the only department using the 460.3625 repeater. Navarre has yet to get all the necessary mobiles, portables and pagers purchased to make the switch. He also said that this repeater is a joint effort and that eventually Beth Twp., Navarre, Beach City, and Wilmont will use it. I still have no idea why I got a DPL of 047 on this repeater back on 9-11-06.

Once all these departments accomplish the switch to 460.3625, there will no traffic left to patch to 453.7750 and Brewster should be all we hear. How long that will take, I have no idea.

I heard Navarre testing radios on this repeater today. So, the departments now using this repeater, 460.3625, all with a DPL of 411 are:

Bethlehem Township
Beach City
Navarre

I heard Wilmont toned to a structure fire on the 460.3625 repeater today. This would mean that the 33.82 frequency is no longer in use by any stark county department.

460.3625 Users:

Beach City
Bethlehem Twp
Navarre
Wilmont

453.7750 - Brewster Only

Admins, please update the database. All of the 33.82 references can be deleted as well as the Navarre reference with a DPL of 047 as it has never been logged again.

Wilmot Fire And Rescue Inc. has switched to 460.3625 on 8-31-2007 at approx 5:00pm. We finally got to drop 33.8200 which has given us many problems. When we go to Brewster we switch to there freq. and vise versa.
