Try these. I have them in my personal database but have no idea where I found them:

Ocracoke Ferry Operations: 156.450 MHz, 156.675 MHz, 156.800 MHz, 156.900 MHz
Ocracoke Ferry Operations: 156.450 MHz, 156.800 MHz, 157.025 MHz, 156.675 MHz
Hatteras Inlet Ferry Operations South Dock: 156.675 MHz, 156.450 MHz, 156.800 MHz, 156.850 MHz

edit: Oh and by the way if you hear them on any of these let me know so I can update my personal list. :)

Even better: submit the verified catches to be updated in the database that way it is accurate in the future :)
That's the only way our database will ever get any better!

I'll be there all next week and I'll let you know what I hear on them. I'll be scanning all listed Hyde County conventional Freqs, Hyde County VIPER talkgroups and these. Thanks Draf!!

At one time, DOT used 47.260 / 107.2 to coordinate staging and loading of the ferries at the Hatteras dock.

I do not know if they still do.

The 156 MHz frequencies that Drafin listed are marine channels, but DOT is also licensed for LMR frequencies in the lower 156 MHz band ... check the segment from 156.0 through 156.240 for handheld activity.

Fort Fisher > Southport

Fort Fisher > Southport - NC State Ferry

Was using CH 17A ,156.850 for loading and unloading

Heard an interesting PonPon convo while waiting between the Booger and USCG, they were sending out requests to other mariners for assistance to a boat taking on water.

Was traveling on the ferry this past weekend, for loading and off loading, the staff uses 156.85 (Handheld radios).
