I can confirm that LCN 2 is 451.600. Pretty much no activity at 2am so I'll assume LCN 1 is the 451.725. Confirmed with SDR# and DSD+.

Confirmed LCN 1. Even with no radio chatter it switched over to LCN 1.

Children’s Hospital shuttles had been using TG 50022 on the First Wireless Connect Plus system. They are now using TG 4 on the Children’s CAP+ system, it appears.

I've been trying to figure out the METROPOLITAN ENTERTAINMENT CONVENTION AUTHORITY callsign WPYN377. According to my 436HP the system is a CAP color 10. I have for frequencies down as LCN 1 452.250, LCN 2 462.225, LCN 3 464.8125, LCN 4 464.9625 According to the FCC website, 452.850 is another frequency which I don't have programmed. I don't know the correct LCN for all of them because the LCN finder is not very useful on the 436HP. I can't pick up the system with my RTL-SDR / DSD+ from home because I live in Bellevue and too many tall buildings in downtown Omaha. I've picked up TGID's by sitting in my car parked along the riverfront. TGID 10 show office , 34 sounds like the Dock/Guard shack, 20 maybe housekeeping? 38 janitorial of food? 11 security? 12 maintenance? 28 security at gates, 29 Electricians? 22 Medical? also other TGID's 95, 23, 25, 13, 35, 19, 26, 15, 18, 42, 27, 41, 16. Can anyone else figure out the correct LCN?

Here are my notes from back in 2016. Back then, the system was skipping LCNs from 1 to 3 to 5 leaving out 2 and 4. I haven't checked to see if the LCNs go in order or not.

Things are kind of messy right now, but I was able to confirm 452.25000 as LCN 1 and 462.22500 as LCN 3. I'm waiting to check the others. What is weird is that 452.85000 is coming in as LCN 3. I'm not sure if that is a different system but it is color code 10 as well. I'll wait until it keys up again and I will lower the gain to see if it is a distant system.

Going through files it looks like the DB's Nebraska Medical Center DMR CAP+ LCN is incomplete, resulting in missed transmissions on TGs. Believe correct LCN order to be 01 461.750 LCN 02 463.2125 LCN 03 463.575, if anyone can verify.

Found a pretty active Hytera XPT system with multiple talkgroups on 464.2875 near Omaha. ULS license info suggests it may be the West Corporation, but actual traffic suggests it’s a trucking or disposal company of some kind.
