Need ACR-433 File for KC metro

Hello all. My name is Craig and I work for a major cellular carrier here in KC. I do a lot of disaster recovery work and figured having a scanner would be beneficial to the local happenings when disasters occur. I am a newbie, but I have purchased a RadioShack Pro-528 and downloaded ACR-433 programming software. One of the Wiki admins said I may be able to request a file from you guys that I can use to program my scanner with the freq's for KC metro ans surrounding areas. Can anyone help me out?

MERS (Metro Emergency Radio System) is a must have.....154.13 MHz......i think the CTCSS tone is 151.4.

Active usually during severe weather......They do a daily hazardous weather outlook at 6 am and 1 pm.
It's a citywide repeater and members are dispatch centers on both sides of the state line.
