No, not that way.
What is nice with UHF is that the repeater inputs are almost always 5MHz higher than the repeater output. "Almost" always. Almost.
So, if you look at the MO stations, you'll likely find a 466.3875 that would be the input to the 461.3875 repeater and a 469.4375 that would be the input to the 464.4375 repeater.
5MHz offset is pretty standard for the UHF frequencies, and the frequency coordinator will assign them that way.
