I have a small cmd line utility that can convert .SPB files to .XML, but I can't for the life of me use it. Can someone here try this out for yourself and see if you can get the .XML file? The .SPB file to be converted is in the folder uploaded here. It's called EPX5000_pfd.spb

This is gauge for flight simulator called an avidyne exp5000 Avidyne Envision - Integrated Flight Deck I need the raw xml file because 2004 dose not read spb files.

Seems like we would need the FSX symbols. Tried just a flat out copy and paste from the TXT file and got an error about the symbols. Guessing without the FSX symbols, not sure we can help. Or having FSX installed; the TXT file says it automatically searches for FSX; hence finding the symbols.

Not sure why my download view is not at 1.

The gauge shows up in my panel studio to be placed in an aircraft's panel, but the gauge doesn't show up. Figured for sure it would. Looks nice though. Looks just like the real one.

This is what it looks like to be placed in a panel. It looks odd, but that's how they typical look. It won't look like that when in the sim. I have a G1000 gauge that looks just like it. http://www.smallboatgps.com/VOR_magnetic_variation/G1000CBEAV-SWL.JPG

Thanks for the effort! :)
