new to the forum, i am planning on getting a BCT15 but i am doing some research if the scanner is good from were i am, i lived in san jose,ca, i dont know if my area uses digital or not, if someone can point me to the right direction to were i can find out or if someone knows a better scanner that would work better from were i lived thanks
