Need manual ASAP (RadioShack® PRO-404)

Hello...I'm in need of a copy of the "User Guide" for this model (RadioShack® PRO-404 200-Channel Handheld Scanner) of scanner. For some reason, the official link on Radioshack's website only produces a 0kb pdf file while the quickstart guide for english works perfectly. I've tried 3 browsers on my laptop, 2 on my phone and 2 on my tablet. -_-

My aunt purchased it at a pawn shop today, and tasked me with setting it up with the proper freq's since I own several scanners and use them daily. I've seen many posts reference the manual for this model here on the forum, so I thought I'd ask while I wait to hear back from RadioShack.

Could someone please post a link to a non-corrupted pdf of the User Guide or email me at xiledsol a t g m a i l . c o m?

The above link is for the Grecom PSR-100 scanner, which, if I remember correctly, is the same radio as the PRO-404.
