I don't get the CW part. The top line is AL2C and the bottom line is ARL50 (Local radio clubs?? Alabama Radio League 50 years ??)

Holy Cats! That ARRL Radiogram jargon is something I would never want to deal with. I'm not about to bang away CW either, but to each their own. I can type faster than RTTY or PSK31 can send the message, so I'm good with either of those.
