Well, we all know what yesterday was. Rutgersfest at Rutgers University in New Brunswick. And let me say, the radio was not silent even for one second all day. If anybody was close enough to be in range, boy oh boy alot of stuff went down. Did anybody here go by any chance? I was smart and stayed home. All the shots fired and assault calls....yeah I wasn't going.

The city is in total gridlock right now. And It's crazy even at 2:30 in the morning.

460.300 (114.8 PL) NBPD was off the hook. Rutgers PD: 477.525, 470.850, 470.700, 472.650 (135.5 PL), 470.725. (146.2 PL) Not a moment of silence.

Now this is the kind of stuff that made me buy my scanner. It's so exciting. But at the same time, I always hope the emergency services stay safe and come home unhurt.

You'll hear alot on the news and in the papers about this tomorrow I'm sure. But if anybody is still awake, alot is still going on!

That's a damn shame. Actual Rutgers students now get screwed out of Rutgersfest next year because some rowdy kids who weren't students had to start up all this violence. There's a bunch of Youtube videos on the air now of fights breaking out on the streets and other activities.

What a shame....can't have fun anymore without others trashing the party and ruining it for everybody else. Even my town, Dunellen, had to send in a rig down there to cover the department on medical calls. Piscataway was there, everybody was.

And Marcus, I believe RR has the radio calls archived somewhere. I'm not too sure.
