462.600 PL 151.4 is Bluecom Radio, and 462.675 PL 107.2 is the Manhattan 675 repeater known for CB-esque activities. Both are referenced in GMRS 462.600 East Brunswick Interference.

464.5875 DCS 043 is Rutgers University Bus 1 under callsign WRUS696. This frequency is the bus system for the New Brunswick Campus operated by Transdev, which bought First Transit.

Just a quick side note (not to derail the thread) that 407.3375 is the USPS Hamilton (Trenton) sorting facility and is in the Federal section of the Mercer County database page. I submitted that one last month with their channel designations, etc.
