Kawartha Lakes 1J / 2OPS08 is being uploaded to calls, but it's a new talkgroup on calls, so it has to detect and add it in the system.
No idea how long that takes, but soon I guess.

Seems to be working well enough now after some tinkering with the config.json in trunk-recorder.
I found a couple of RF channels on the Fenelon site which were not listed in RR, one of them was outside the RTL-SDR bandwidth I initially setup, so adjusted the center frequency config.
OPP TGs have been jumping around tonight, seemingly due to patches between detachments or something.
2OPS08 / TG 8336 should be the usual place, but they are on 17328 tonight which is an unknown TG.
