New control channel heard near Memphis 172.650.

I have found a new trunk system control channel. SysID BC9. I can't find any info in the data base on here. Site 18 RFSS 1. Wacn BEE00. Phase II.

I have seen a couple of affliations and some activity. Not sure what the voice channels are.
