Discovered a new TIII control channel while surfing the airwaves.
The frequency is 422.650 which is the secondary control channel for Brantford FleetConnect site.
No voice activity as of yet.

I think this is the same system as the ones I heard in KW back a few months ago. I would say that it's most likely the continuation of the upgrade of the old Con+ to T3 upgrade for FleetConnect. Unknown DT3's around KW

The FleetConnect system is to be upgraded to Capacity Max. I know that much as most the sites down my way are now changed over to that.

I had noticed a couple TIII channels in the Windsor-Essex area, but assumed they were American. I didn't get any hits looking up the frequencies on the US or Canadian side.
