Got a computer online with Microsoft, all your personal information is already 'OUT THERE' and more if you log in to social media.
When I bought my plane, it was registered under the bank and never changed after the ownership title was cleared.
Mis information is sometimes a good thing.

I use a cell phone, a random off the shelf, walk in Dollar General purchased, tracfone branded, loaded with bought in person prepaid tracfone cards, bought with cash, 100% bunk info for all associated accounts when activating it, as is my lifelong practice.

About 2 years ago tho, I started using the number for medical related contact info and it is now associated with and on file with NCSECU after having a lot of issues about a year ago with my credit card number being fraudulently charged.

Government docs, medical contacts and banking are the only things I ever use my middle name on. Only 2 of those three have I ever used this number with.

As of late 2022 all net searches returned nothing for my number, about a week ago a search came back to me, with my middle name. Using free sites.

Only problem with that is using your number with other online accounts is many are chaning to two tier authentication.
That means you have to update your accounts with a new number to get access, that or keep the phone number and just buy time.

Somewhere In, TX; at the moment
That's what's great about having a trust and registering "things" to it. And also having a PO Box number so the residential address isn't given.
In Texas, the biggest provider of personal information is each county's appraisal district website. I suppose its the same for other states as well. The taxing entities want their $$$ and the property whether real, mineral, aircraft, etc and are going to have their public info available for anyone to see.
One question, if the FAA is going to make this restriction available, is the FCC going to do the same for aircraft?

This is a good thing. How'd you like it if auto license plate data was available online?

Any one with access to a private investigator in my State can get that info in less than a day. Every insurance investigator already has access to it.

When General Aviation plays by the same rules that private auto ownership does, I'll have some sympathy for them.

GA often uses leaded gasoline - automobiles can't. The FAA has been studying it for decades, but the AOPA whines and the FAA won't act.
GA has no emissions regulations - automobiles [1966 and newer] are all required to have it and States often have much tighter regulations.
GA is not required to have liability insurance - autos better have it or else.
GA is not required to reduce engine noise - autos must have mufflers.
