New Hanover talkgroups

During the last week (12/31/13-1/3/14) I heard the Hanover Co Talkgroup 2039 in use, however it was always encrypted.

King William talkgroup 32116 was used, however very little was heard on t, It did sound like Sheriff use, this one was heard maybe 2-3 times all week, Figured I'd pass along what I found and hope somebody else can confirm their uses.
