New Hoover PD/FD Live Audio Feed

When you get a chance, take a look at the new Hoover feed. I'm seeing a lot of "buffering" using some methods, but using the Java or Web clients, it seems to be okay. At first I thought it was the upstream feed, but now I'm thinking it may be something in the communications between the client and the downstream provider.

I have checked it out and appreciate the feed...One question reference the volume available...it is slightly low ( I do not host so do not know exactly how it works) If you can even fix it.
