And also, wasn't rebanding completed like 10 years ago?
Officially, the NYC metro area wasn't flagged as complete until Dec 2016, however the majority of the area was complete well before then. Amazingly, though, the entire rebanding process is still not complete. The area of Southern California bordering Mexico is still in progress. It was only within the past year that San Diego finally rebanded their 800 MHz systems.

Testing on 4923 Union County Site 007. Various units RID 201795 20179XX no locations given. The TG does not fit any particular place. I believe many UC RID’s use 201XXXX. The last 4 digits do not fit any municipality code.

New 4819 Site 007 dispatcher sending EMS to locations in New Providence and Short Hills. May have heard Fire Department to Madison address. This fits nicely in New Providence TG ID’s. I believe this will be the regional Mountain Valley Emergency Comm Center TG. Will monitor more before making DB submission.

Copied tones and dispatch on TG 4823 on West Orange simulcast for a Fire Department. Battalion 4 and Engine 52. RID i2026011. Audio muffled on a 996p2. Perhaps Millburn or Short Hills? Referred to a JCP&L transformer replacement requiring a power cut on Birch Lane

Engine 5-2 is a radio call sign in Millburn. Unsure of how they do their battalions or chiefs in charge.

I’ll have to tune in.

Pretty sure it's Milburn Fire considering "Dispatch to Milburn Fire, Engine 5-4, Radio check." And also radio check from Tower 5-2 with RID 712036 and from the radio shop with RID 712034. Dispatch audio is still difficult to copy but the calling units were easier to hear.

EDITED: Confirmed Millburn Fire. Currently simulcasting 154.205/114.8.

seems like a lot of departments that are dispatched by the mountain valley emergency Center are switching to p25 and the NJ ICS.. and possibly Springfield also

Springfield Fire has been in there for a while. Dispatched and suppose to be on FG 3. Do not hear them a lot for some reason, but their UHF band is now a simulcast of dispatch TG.

Saw one more unidentified TG from overnight 7/27/19: TG#4645. Only four hits, all when I was away from the radio. RID 1600618.

Interesting....

Passaic County municipal codes start with 1601xxx

So 1600 is most likely not a local town in Passaic County.

Could be something related to MICCOM. 4647 is their Dispatch. Seeing how many agencies/towns usually get TG’s pretty close together, I wonder if it is something MICCOM/hospital related.
