I found this new LTR system at use during today's Oakland Raiders game with my PRO-97. I may be missing some system frequencies but this is what I have so far:
LCN 1: 464.825
LCN 3: 464.375
LCN 9: 463.200
LCN 11: 464.550
LCN 13: 462.100

Talkgroups monitored so far:
0-11-101
0-11-105
0-15-114
0-15-115
0-15-116
0-15-117
0-15-118
0-15-120
0-15-125

If anyone can fill me in on what's missing, please let me know. I will monitor this system during the upcoming Oakland A's game and see if this system is in use.

The Oakland A's are were still using UHF simplex and Repeater channels the last time i was there a couple weeks ago, I have not heard of any changes for this current season. The Oakland Radiers have there own radio sytem as does SMG the management Company for the Oakland Coliseum Complex. Aramark, the food provider for the Coliseum has there own radio systesm, as does Staff Pro the Security and Guest Services for Oakland A's. I would be interested in knowing what you have been heard. When I go this weekend I will take my scanner and see I notice any changes.

The LTR system I monitored today carried radio traffic for the Raiders game. I am aware of the other conventional frequencies at use by Aramark, A's, Raiders, SMG and Warriors. Here's what I have for them:
464.725 CT 79.7 Parking (heard today, I believe Five Star is no longer there due to some problems a season or two ago)
452.250 DC 115 Aramark catering (heard today)
464.975 DC 072 Aramark food vendors, "channel 6" (heard today)
464.975 DC 205 Aramark food vendors (heard today)
464.625 CT 210.7 Raiders ticketing/staff (heard today)
451.500 CT 71.9 A's guest services (heard last home game)
464.475 CT 67.0 A's (heard last home game)
461.900 CT 114.8 Warriors (sounded like custodial staff during a game)
452.625 DC 754 SMG (have not heard in a while)

Previous frequencies that I suspect are no longer now that the new LTR system is running:
464.550 DC 245 (heard during most events, ie concerts, games, circus, car shows, etc)
464.375 CT 91.5 (heard during most events, maintenance and engineering, "channel 3")
462.100 DC 125 (heard during A's games, parking control)
463.200 DC 371 (heard during A's games, alcohol control)

I do not have any simplex frequencies as I've monitored all of these frequencies from my home in the San Leandro hills. Please let me know what other repeater or unique simplex frequencies you may have heard. I will assume all repeater inputs are +5 MHz with the same PL/DPL tones as listed above.

Your master site
Ch 15 is 463.5625

There's also a Ch 05. The system isn't busy enough at the moment to find it.

I'll add this system (if it hasn't been yet) but in the future please submit the data.

Oakland A's

As of yesterday, Sept 15, 2007, the Oakland A's staff as well as Staff Pro employees were still using the radio system they have been for several years. Those that also work the Raiders games say they are still using the same system for security. The LTR may be something that was added for them and perhaps some of the management group employees. I did not get a chance to program the LTR frequencies posted on this board.

I know this is an old thread, but in doing some monitoring, this system:

http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=5510

which is listed as oracle arena/coliseum seems to be only aramark. if you look at the license

http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?fccCallsign=WPYU516

they are the same freqs as the ltr system though the license says its conventional.

I was able to confirm lcn 11 today as they were talking about opening doors for the warrior game.

too bad football season is over, would could find out if there's a separate system there for raiders ops.

I have some notes about this system. I think it is composed from these licenses:
WPYU516 (ARAMARK SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT) FCC Callsign Details
WPXJ334 (Oakland Athletics Investment Group, LLC) FCC Callsign Details
WPXS634 (Oakland Athletics Investment Group, LLC) FCC Callsign Details
WQBN550 (ARAMARK SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT) FCC Callsign Details

Here is my preliminary guess as to the LCN:
1 464.825
2 462.300
3 462.475
4 451.500
7 461.925
9 463.200
13 462.100
15 452.625
17 464.975
19 452.250

Unknown LCN
464.650
464.475
462.675

Here are some monitoring notes. These confirm some of the TGID descriptions in the db entry. They also expand on some TGIDs not listed...

11-101 scalpers arena watch abc
11-102 event rep / team 6
Ticket line? Stadium dispatch
*Security dispatch
11-103 maintenance
dispatch to stagehands
11-104 ushers

11-105 Spanish
Maintenance
11-106 parking / pro park
11-107 k entrance to Curtis
11-108 how long snack bar, lot e open?

I haven't been actively monitoring this system during the past month but here's what I have:
LCN 1: 464.825
LCN 2: 464.725
LCN 3: 462.475
LCN 4: 451.500
LCN 5: 464.475
LCN 7: 461.925
LCN 9: 463.200
LCN 11: 464.650
LCN 15: 452.625
LCN 17: 464.975
LCN 19: 452.250

I have basically the same talkgroups and a few more that I haven't ID'ed yet. I also have a series of talkgroups with the home channel being 3 instead of 11. So instead of 11-101, it's 03-101 but they serve the same purpose.

This LTR system seems to use a different home channel when the A's are playing since some of those frequencies run in conventional mode by A's staff. I believe the home channel is LCN 3 during A's games or when A's games are going on while an event is going on at the arena at the same time; and LCN 11 for all other events, such as concerts, Raiders games, or Warriors games when the A's are not playing.

I could not find FCC data for 462.300 belonging to anything related to the Coliseum, Aramark, etc. Also, 462.675 is a GMRS frequency, so that doesn't seem likely to be part of the system.

These were still active for the 2012 A's season, all are on repeaters:
451.500 CTCSS 71.9 Guest Services
462.100 DCS 125
463.200 DCS 371
464.475 CTCSS 67.0
464.725 CTCSS 79.7 Custodial/Maintenance

LCN 9: 463.200
LCN 11: 464.650
LCN 15: 452.625
LCN 17: 464.975
LCN 19: 452.250

I'm showing 462.3 as LCN 2.
You assign my 'unkown' 464.475 as LCN 5, which I don't have assigned to anything.
You agree with kma371 on LCN 11, which I didn't find.

We agree on everything else. If you read further down, looks like my LCN 2 may be noise.

Note that it plays into your theory that my monitoring was during the Monster Jam at the Coliseum. So maybe these are actually two different systems?

I could not find FCC data for 462.300 belonging to anything related to the Coliseum, Aramark, etc. Also, 462.675 is a GMRS frequency, so that doesn't seem likely to be part of the system.
Here is a license search for 462.3
California Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference
...looks like you're correct. I thought it was assigned to this license:
WPXS634 (Oakland Athletics Investment Group, LLC) FCC Callsign Details
So I either transposed 463.2, or they changed the license. I'm betting on my error.

According to my notes, 462.3 was a Close Call hit in 2010. So I did pick up that frequency in the Coliseum. I put it into the LCN finder because it didn't have a PL/DCS tone.

Thanks for picking out 462.675. I show it as having been another Close Call hit. I was looking for an LCN because it was transmitted without a tone. So maybe both of these were simply CSQ usage?

Looks like a combination of all of our notes agrees. kma371 found LCN 11, you found LCN 2 and a couple of noise entries for my unknowns.

These were still active for the 2012 A's season, all are on repeaters:
451.500 CTCSS 71.9 Guest Services
462.100 DCS 125
463.200 DCS 371
464.475 CTCSS 67.0
464.725 CTCSS 79.7 Custodial/Maintenance

Makes you wonder why they overlap convention and LTR.

I wouldn't be surprised about getting a Close Call hit on a GMRS frequency. It was probably from someone using one of those bubble pack radios at an event.

The system in general, for me anyways, is already hard to listen to. I live in the San Leandro hills, so I'm not quite line of sight with the Coliseum but am with everything else west and south of it. So I get lots of other users on the same frequencies, sometimes MotoTRBO. 464.475 is often covered up by Southland Mall since I am line of sight with them. Then to make things worse, the A's conventional frequencies overlap with the LTR system, so that makes it even harder. I have taken my PSR-500 to an A's game and I can't say their repeaters or LTR system are crystal clear there.

I just wanted to post a quick update while I'm putting information in my digital notebook. I'll post more as I've had time to sift through it.

My monitoring was during the Monster Jam 2/23.

I didn't hear any activity on the conventional frequencies listed in this thread.

I ran the LCN Finder feature from my HP-1. I found these LCNs in this order:
LCN 3: 462.475
LCN 7: 461.925
LCN 11: 464.650
LCN 15: 452.625
LCN 17: 464.975
LCN 19: 452.250

So these are a subset of the frequencies/LCN as presented in this thread by Radiobern. This may play into the theory he has about two "mirrored" systems that are active based upon specific part of venue in use.

The conventional frequencies are only used by Oakland A's staff. I don't believe I've heard them active for any other events.

From your monitoring during Monster Jam, did you notice the talkgroups to have a home channel of 3 or 11? Based on previous observations, it should be 11.

I'll try to give the system a listen during the next few days during Warriors games or the Alicia Keys concert on Sunday. There is someone's pager on 464.65 that makes monitoring from my location a bit more difficult. There's also either MotoTRBO or another LTR system on 461.925 that makes that frequency essentially useless for me. I think I hear United's LTR system on 464.975 too.

All of the TGIDs were 0-11-xxx. I'm reviewing my recordings as time permits. I'll post my best guesses.

0-11-106 is definitely parking.

So far, this is what I have (preface all TGIDs with 0-11-)
101
102
These are some sort of ops/security dispatch. I hear security and guest control. Need to monitor more, but maybe these are divided by some physical or geographical boundary within the stadium.

103
Lighting. I think this might be some sort of facilities channel.

104
This sounds like another dispatch channel, like 101 and 102. Maybe this is ushers?

105
Spanish speakers. Definitely the custodial channel.

109
Need landmark (Landmark event staffing)? Complaint about staff in 213-214

114
We need help at the end of the show

125
Food supervisors

127
Food orders

128
Food warehouse

130
Management will assign you a rep

Reviving this thread as it's now football season. Maybe we can lock down some of these talkgroups?
