I know the LSU bus system might not be the most exciting thing to discover, but I'm pretty sure that's what I've found and have been exploring and gathering data on. Lots of mentions of campus streets like South Stadium, Ben Hur, Nicholson, etc. and lots of other hints ("purple and gold stop", "what's your 20?", etc.) that make me think it's the bus system as opposed to something else. I've included all the info I've been able to discover so far below if you want to program it into your scanners and do some research of your own and help flesh the system out and eventually submit it to the RR database. I'm a newbie at this stuff, so I'm really just looking for some other folks to help out or maybe give me some tips to do it all on my own. Any questions, just ask.

Thanks!

Per Rattlerbb01:

SmartComm D was acquired by BearCom in 2019 with sites in Baton Rouge and New Orleans area. The license for those frequencies in EBR Parish is to BearCom, thus I am renaming the Smartcomm D system to BearCom Louisiana. This site and talkgroups will be added there.

You'll see the LSU bus talkgroups that I've found listed there, and I encourage everyone else in the area to explore and see what else might be a part of this system.

Thanks, Rattler, Enosjones, and everyone else!

Hey SOM, if you send me a copy of your recordings( If you record). I can help to ID some of the UIDs and maybe some of TGs as well.
