New Prefixes Available in the Forums

To aid in finding topics of interest faster, new prefixes have been added to the Forums to complement the existing prefixes.

When posting, you can select an appropriate prefix using the drop-down to the left of the thread title.

On the top right of the forum thread list, there's a drop-down labelled "Filters". Click on it and use the Prefix drop-down to filter on threads of interest.

I'd suggest having only one tag for DSD+, instead of both DSD+ and DSDPlus as it is currently. Otherwise the filtering isn't going to be as effective, assuming people will randomly choose one prefix or the other.

Nope, just two different ways of referring to the same program (like SDR# and SDRSharp).
