So my son and I got SDS100's for Xmas. After seeing some of the 3D printed stands that others have made I decided to make my own variant in Fusion360. I made and printed the first version and then added a few features to it that I forgot to include or thought it needed for support.

Both versions are available:

Version 1 SDS100 Scanner Stand V1 by TwIzTuD

Version 2 SDS100 Scanner Stand V2 by TwIzTuD

Version 2 has taller sidewalls to prevent the SDS100 from tipping sideways and a slot for the SMA/BNC adapter. I haven't even had time to print myself this version yet.

Included slots are for TaoTronics Bluetooth Adapter, Voltage Adapter, USB Cable, and left over rear slot that may or may not hold extra antennas.

I'm not charging for them but rather supplying the STL file on Thingiverse for anyone to print. If you can't print it or no someone who does then there is a site affiliated with Thingiverse called Treatstock . You download my file via link provided above. Go to Treatstock.com and upload it. I'm guessing you'll be given a price and can decide at that point.

If another member on this forum wants to print it up for you then strike a deal with them.

Hope this helps.

Woah, I would buy one for the 325p2! With a slot to hold a USB battery...
I'm making different versions, just haven't designed one yet to hold a spare battery. Right now I'm doing SDS100 versions so I don't know if the 325p2 will fit. I might make a generic fit one that others can fit

Welcome to Radio Reference TwizTuD! Very nice of you to offer your design and 3D data!

The battery compartment holds 2 AA batteries

OK here is my quick build for you, spent about 30 minutes on it, lol (y)

IMPORTANT: take a calipers and set it for 70mm and run it up the side of you scanner and make sure it doesn't hit. Then set the calipers for 38mm and check thickness of scanner for no touch. I want some room and not an overly snug seated position.

FYI 70mm is around 2-3/4"
FYI 38mm is around 1-1/2"

The file is uploaded here Uniden BCD325P2 & BC125AT Scanner Stand by TwIzTuD and can be downloaded from that location. It should fit the BCD325P2 and the BC125AT since they share a similar footprint. Made area for 2 batteries as well as a slot for the TaiTronics Bluetooth Adapter sold on Amazon should you wish to get wireless headphones.

Slot on side should be big enough to allow charging cable. Forgot to ask for measurement on that so I adjusted based on photos.

If you can't print it I'd upload it to Treatstock since they are a 3D printing service. Or maybe another member or a friend can do it for you. Don't print until you verify measurements since I may have to alter the Fusion 360 File first and resubmit it.

I think I need to alter the above for the belt clip stud. Didn’t remember that. I can probably adjust for it via pictures. Hold off on downloading current file
