new subscriber

just updated to premium.do i use my regular id and p/w.
did not work.or am i just excited to get going.should i give it more time to update

The button next to your name says "premium subscriber" so it appears to have updated. What is the issue?

i'm trying to connect using arc 396.wanted to update some files.not allowing me to connect to r/r datebase using this software.

just found a newer version.that did the trick.there was an update for arc 396.
