Our State Supreme Court Just Ruled That Ohio Cops may give speeding tickets based purely on speculation and "guessing" of speed...What a load of CRAP....Goes hand in hand with Rural PD's bypassing MARCS and handing ALL calls via cell phones

Now, now, Muskrat99, the ruling said "if the officer is trained, certified, and experienced in visually estimating vehicle speed." So its really not a guess. It is a judgment by a well trained, certified, and experienced expert.
