New Tecumseth Fire Rescue now Digital

New Tecumseth Fire Rescue is switching over to Digital as of today. I believe it will be DMR as they have started moving other Fire departments over to DMR digital in the area. After today you will no longer hear anything on the 153.800 frequency other than the Dispatch of the call. All other communications with updates etc. will be on the digital side.

Not sure how they're paging the calls out.

Heard the Chief telling fire control yesterday morning he was switching back to the Adjala/Toss south tower. Wonder if they’re combining infrastructure in the switch over? Or maybe they were just using A/T sites during the switchover?

Shared freq with others.
Just the tone outside are different.

Adjala/Toss was only being used while the switch over happened.

Switch over finally complete around 9pm.

You will need to use a DMR capable scanner or look into a cheap SDR setup with DSD+
