SDS100/SDS200: New to SDS200 favorites

I have a used SDS200. When I use BUTEL or sentinal it shows California and AZ in the database. Then my favorites. Is there a way to remove both of those and just scan what want to put in the scanner?

Read scanner into either program. Open editor and delete Ca and Az. If your fav lists are good, then just write back to the scanner.

Can you post a screenshot shot showing what’s in the scanner?

Will try to post picture may take a bit. But in both programs the CA and AZ full databases anything to do with removing is greyed out so no joy
in removing. Was thinking on looking at what it takes to wipe everything out and start from scratch?

Perform a factory reset on the scanner.

Clear User Data

(Full Reset) will delete all Favorites Lists, locations, reset all profile options to default, clear all Avoids, delete all recording sessions, all discovery logs, and all weather event records.

Note: Pressing and holding 2, 9, and Dept (softkey2) when you power on the scanner will also clear all user data.
