New to streaming scanners

I am womdering what kind of program I need to listen to streaming scanner feeds on my computer?

People use teamspeak and shoutcast to broadcast scanners on the Internet. Winamp, Itunes and windows media are able to handle shoutcast.

There are several different ways to stram scanners to the internet. I'm using Simplecast and paying a stream host company to host the stream for me. The Scan Cape Cod website has a great tutorial on how to get started.
