New Tone Decoder

I am not into fire tone out decoding, but a friend of mine helped develop this software. I had told him that several people active in scanning did decode signals.

I don't know how good this works, and there may be cheaper methods, but he told me this worked very well.

I leave it up to you to judge if its for you.

Edit, see you added the link Is this something new that's been added? I played with that software in the past, can't remember if it did decoding or just encoding.

I just was looking to download a two tone seq decoder. i didnt know if those worked. They are cool.


does the free version decode?
