new trunked freq? in Lansing?

I have stumbled into 461.500 in the lansing area, its a trunked radio system unknown what type. It sounds like it may be a Transportation Company taxi maybe? I did a FCC search and it comes back as an Conventional License not trunked, but if you listen you can hear more then one user talking at the same time, you can tell its not a conventional repeater. anyone have any info on it let me know.

Hello
I have also noticed this as well for a few months now, I just stumbled on it and it sounds like an LTR system I have 4 or 5 ID's on the system sounds like a bus or taxi service on most of them..

So far I have these using my psr-500,

0-13-005
0-17-020
0-17-026
0-17-033

I haven't listened to it enough to figure what it is, but like you said sounds like transportation..
