Newark PD (Delaware) - Encrypted?

I've noticed since last night that Newark PD OPS TGID has been flashing quite a bit on the scanner. I wonder if they have decided to join the rest of the law enforcement agencies in the state with regard to encryption.

hold on the channel and if you see encry then yes its ecrypted.

It seems like they are not utilizing 19216 (Dispatch) for the time being and are utilizing with encryption 19248 (Ops).

I listened to Newark P.D. last night. I have never seen an instance where they have been encrypted.

It seems like they are not utilizing 19216 (Dispatch) for the time being and are utilizing with encryption 19248 (Ops).

Maybe there was an issue with the main channel and it's fixed now?
