I know Newark has for years and still currently uses VHF 155.190 for dispatch and normal ops. Today while driving I noticed what appears to be a digital antenna on the back of one of the cruisers, the antenna was black about 4-6in high and about 3in round, and it was on the right rear of the trunk. It looks as if it maybe a digital or something. Just curious if Newark is changing their system or if maybe it could be for a MDT. It was car 32 of reference.
