Newtown police P25 active? Not in the database?

I have been receiving P25 on Newtown's Police frequency of 156.1275. My Pro 106 is showing P25:197. I have verified this is Newtown through addresses heard. Does somebody want to update this in the database? Do you need to be a special member to update the database? I could not figure out how to update it.

When searching in the RRDB and you are on the page that needs info updated, on the LEFT there is a SUBMIT button, click there and submit the information [spell out everyting, completely]

They have ben there for about 6 weeks, I sent an update so it will get there sometime.
They sound SO much better and I can pick them up much futher away now than I used to
Very nice job switching.
They switched to encryption the other day for a few but it looks like most stuff will be in the clear.
