I got this system Here. on 155.205
Sys: 0
Site: 0
Tg: 0:U 368
Ran 10
Anyway I program it I only get a hit on it if I program it as conventional.

Also before NXDN update that system would trigger Close Call hit. No more after update

Check in Sentinel Edit Profile in the tab for Search/CloseCall where you have a button to check which frequencies you have locked out from search and CloseCall. Also check the Broadcast Screen tab so you don't have that frequency screened out.

Read your scanner first. If you have favorite lists, then copy them with new names to not mess up the ones you already have stored in Sentinel.

That is conventional NXDN, not trunked. I could be mistaken, but I think that Paul has mentioned that if you program a conventional NXDN frequency in as trunked you will not receive TG:0 transmissions.

The solution is to program it as a conventional NXDN frequency.

That is correct. More than once IIRC.
