See link. FCC Licenses and Scanner Frequencies for Monmouth County, New Jersey (NJ)

They also would have access to all standard VHF Marine Channels in addition to their "licensed frequencies". Also, the frequencies they are licensed to are not exclusively for Seastreak. I hope this helps.

Their Highlands NJ License Expired Jan 3, 2015. But they do cover a number of locations in the NE US and are perhaps licensed from one of these other locations.

The frequencies covered on the expired license are;

156.800 VHF Ch 16 Distress / Calling
156.450 VHF Ch 09 Internship Safety / Distress Calling 2
156.500 VHF Ch 10 Commercial Vessels (Perhaps their working channel)

Their house channel is 66a
Also as a commercial vessel they are also required to monitor 13 at ALL times.

Both ch. are standard marine VHF channels found on any marine radio.

I can attest to this cause I know. Seasteak uses mainly the VHF Marine Band Radio for their frequencies. They can use these for business purposes too since they have a business license and their business operates on water. As mentioned above they are on 66a for almost all their communications. Anymore if they need to call back for some sort of help or question their dispatch simply uses cellular devices anymore or the VHF marine radio.
