Got my New Radio Shack Pro-106 Bought Radio Shacks Program cable and it came with software from RadioReference with 7 day trial and 2 free downloads. Got it opened and was reading adobe help while looking at what I needed to do and when I finally clicked Free Internet download it said I only had 1 left. Had not downloaded anything yet. When I did click it it came up with the screen and instructions said to click on state and I did it would not come up it said I had already used my 2 free downloads and It directed me to RadioReference buy it now site. What is this? I don't mind buying good software which it sounds likes I will need anyway just don't like to be DUPED which is what I feel was done! So I will complain to Radio Shack and look elsewhere for a program. Anyone have any suggestions?
No 2 Free Downloads?

I am a current Radio Reference Subscriber and have a Key 1 and Key 2 Number for having previously installed version of ARC500. But I am now on the free trial version of the program because of new computer other crashed so other than buying it again. How do I install it and get the options to unlimited imports?

Your keys are still good for the current version, the trial is the same as the full version as soon as you enter the keys.
There are 2 versions, ARC500, and ARC500 PRO. Your keys will only work for the same version that you originally purchased the keys for.
From the top tool bar in ARC500 trial, choose "Help", then "Register". Enter your keys in the pop-up box there. If the keys are valid, re-start the program after you enter them and choose "Help", then "About". That pop-up should confirm that you now have the full version.
